Our Story
MJ Renewables was founded in Bedford with a simple mission: to help local homes and businesses benefit from renewable energy. What started as a small team focused on residential solar has grown into a comprehensive renewable energy installer serving both commercial and residential customers across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, and Buckinghamshire.
Over 15 years, we've installed more than 3,000 solar systems, from 3kW home installations to 500kW+ commercial arrays. We've expanded our services to include EV charging, battery storage, and heat pumps as these technologies have matured and become cost-effective for our customers.
Throughout this growth, we've remained locally owned and operated, with a commitment to quality workmanship and honest advice. We're not a national franchise or call centre operation - we're your neighbours, and our reputation in the local community matters to us.
