Quick links to your monitoring portal

Each manufacturer has their own app. Here’s where to start — with a quick “what to check first” if something looks off.

  • Tesla Powerwall

    Open the Tesla app on your phone. Check “Energy” tab for production and consumption. If grid status reads “disconnected” for more than 10 minutes, that’s the first thing to flag to us.

  • GivEnergy

    Use the GivEnergy Cloud portal. Check the “Power Flow” view for real-time generation. If you see prolonged 0W output during sunlight hours, that’s worth a call.

  • myenergi (Zappi / eddi)

    The myenergi app handles Zappi chargers and eddi diverters. If a charge session won’t start, check “Mode” first — it should be ECO+ or FAST.

  • Solis inverters

    SolisCloud app. Daily production should match seasonal expectation — if you’re seeing <50% of last year’s same-day yield consistently, send us a screenshot.
